I didn't make this mobile. I am not sure exactly what I plan on doing for mine, maybe cranes? abstract shapes? who knows, but I found a nice tutorial on how to make a moblie (not that it is rocket science) on this website! Here comes my next baby project! Who knows... if it turns out well, maybe I'll start making these for my etsy shop (yeah I haven't been doing much with that lately because of my obsession with making things for baby, and the orders I fill for local stores).

how to use your vintage clip-on earrings!
supplies needed:
clip-on earrings
long chain (or two short ones linked together, like I did)
1. put chain around neck and switch out whichever earring you feel like wearing that day! It looks super cute on!
new favorite blog and person?

So, meet Lesley. She is the sweetest person, and my new friend (I gave her a note that said will you be my friend, check yes or no, and she checked yes.... just kidding, but it was kinda like that)! She writes this great blog called Homemade Grits, which has all sorts of wonderful things like how-to's, baby goodies, discounts, home decorating, just a wonderful site! She also writes a blog for Pregnancy and Newborn magazine, and was a model for their baby sling spread in this month's magazine. In it, she wore my headband! yeah! so cool! (If you click on the link she is the redhead with the green headband.)
